Clover Rest Home offers rehabilitation for patients who need care and recovery therapy following a hospital stay. Rehab professionals are part of an interdisciplinary team that work together with nursing, social work, dietary, recreation and the medical staff to improve the independence, safety and quality of life of our residents.

The goal is to enable patients achieve maximum levels of self care, function and mobility though exercise, training and therapy.

Rehab services address a variety of conditions for patients recovering from illnesses, accidents or injuries:

  • Neurological conditions: stroke, M.S., Parkinson’s Disease, etc.
  • Orthopedic resulting from falls, injuries and fractures
