Long Term Care

Clover Rest Home offers Long Term care for chronically ill patients in a warm and friendly, aesthetically pleasant environment. Our skilled nursing staff is dedicated to the care of each individual patient and their quality of life.  We are proud of our staff and their commitment to the well being of our residents and their families. Skilled Nursing ”Skilled nursing” is a term coined by Medicare for patients who require “licensed” care.  At Clover Rest Home, we provide skilled nursing for our long-term, dementia, sub-acute, and Hospice patients and have earned a reputation for quality care provided by licensed, experienced nurses and CNAs, all of whom are members of our staff rather than being Agency employees.
